If I could rate a "0" I would. Jockey clearly does not make customer service a priority. I placed an order 2 + weeks ago and it still has not shipped. Jockey consolidated warehouses which has created massive delays and they think it is reasonable for customers to wait until they get it together. I've waited hours on their phone line, have received no response to my emails and still have not received any customer support. Beyond disappointing!

Terrible Customer Service

I placed an order on the website and realized I made an error in size. I contacted customer service 3 minutes after the order was placed and was told it is unfortunate but they could not change the size for me. The only thing I could do is refuse package when it arrives and let me credit card company know of the issue. I order online a great deal, and this is the first time I have encountered an issue like this and was told, "too bad for you." This will be the last time I have dealings with this company and I will certainly make sure social media is aware.

Poor Quality

The first time i put a pear of underwear on and the waist band ripped and my finger went right through the mesh .

9 day old order w/"2 day shipping" - still no bras

I placed an order 9 days ago - with 2-day shipping.
These were for my elderly aunt who just had a pacemaker put in and she desperately needed (as in yesterday) bras which opened/closed in front. The 3 bras have not been received. My credit card was sure charged though. The posted hours on the website and my order confirmation email both show hours on a Friday up to 8PM CST. It is now 7:23PM CST. I've called the toll free number and when you hit option "2" to get someone to "help" with an on line order the message cycles. I tried hitting "2" no less than 20 times - not exaggerating. I decided to hit another option - went with "4" to get someone as if I had made the purchase from a store. I've been on hold for well over 20 minutes and keep getting a message telling me to be patient with longer wait times due to Covid. That's now an old excuse and not acceptable - especially in Wisconsin - that is, if the call center is at the headquarters. Come on - you're not NY or IL or CA! If I ever get anyone on the phone, I will try to cancel and find bras from someone else. Meanwhile, my 83 year old aunt, who has no one else to help her, is in distress not having any bras she can wear. I've no been on hold over 30 minutes. Thanks for your time!

Horrible ship time. Placed order on 5/15/2021, still don't have it on 5/29/2021. Half of the time delay appears to be due to the shipping service DHL ECOMMERCE

Never give Jockey your email address

If you become a Jockey customer you will never escape their daily emails. You will never find a way to unsubscribe from this damn company. Their pathway to unsubscribe is tortuous. Stay away from this awful business!

Very disappointing.got wrong product

Very disappointing.got wrong product.n on calling customer care they said u received correct product.can anyone help if we received correct product why we call n complaint.i am using Jockey since 12 years but ordered from jockey.in due to pandemic. N received wrong product.qnd the delivery boy is also adamant n rude.very bad experience.
I ordered 1406 n received 1410...but still they don't bother.if they don't have products why they assure of delivering products just like flipkart they shd show non deliverable products.
I must say some big brands don't value their customers.

Jockey Shipping Used Underwear?

My wife ordered two three-packs online, but when they came in both packages were OPEN and the products reeked of cheap perfume! And this was UNDERWEAR, for heaven’s sake! AND during COVID, no less!
Jockey took them back but did NOT give 100% refund as published.
Don’t know who wore them first, but we’ll never buy Jockey again, that’s for sure!

STOP SENDING ME JUNK MAIL!

Jockey stopped making the model I bought nearly a decade ago and they stopped making my size in many other models, but they are still sending me junk mail! Nearly ten years after my last purchase from them!

I have bought several different types…

I have bought several different types of underwear. I do like most of them. However a couple pare seem to be of lesser quality and would like to return for exchange
